Calls up to 5 telephone numbers of family members and friends, and plays a personal voice message requesting help - Can also call the 000 emergency call service as a back-up contact

This option is most suitable if you have family and friends living close-by. There are no monthly monitoring fees for the Family and Friends option.

Using 24/7 Monitoring Service


You can choose to send all calls for assistance to a 24/7 professional monitoring service. The Emergency Operator will make sure you receive help.

This option is best for people who do not have family or friends living close-by.

There is a small additional set-up charge. Monthly monitoring fees apply, charged quarterly to your credit card.
